Private Sessions

Work one-on-one with our Pilates certified trainers to learn about your body and challenge yourself with a goal-oriented program.  Whether it's maintaining your shape, increasing flexibility, or working around an injury, we will tailer each session to meet your needs.  Our instructors are trained to take care of your body including special cases, pregnancy and postpartum.

Reformer Class

A classical piece of equipment that will give you a fantastic workout in a small group setting that's budget friendly.

The Springboard (also known as TOWER) is a great class to strengthen and lengthen with the added resistance of springs.  Along with essential mat work, this class will work the upper and lower body, as well as challenge the core with the assistance of arm springs, leg springs, and the roll down bar.

Pilates Mat

All of our group mat classes are mixed-level accomodating and challenging those with previous Pilates experience and those who are total beginners.  Class exercises vary from week to week and utilize a number of small props including the Pilates Magic Circle, free weights, and the triad ball.  If you have a specific injury or issue, we will be sure to talk you through modifications so you can get maximum benefit from the class for YOUR body.

Gentle Flow-  The perfect gift to rejuvenate your depleted energy from the day and clear your mind for a sound nights rest. This class is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props are often used for safe practice, and to allow the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. 

Mixed Level-  We explore pranayama (rhythmic breathing with energy work), moving through the Asanas (poses) with alignment focus, specifically designed sequence to ultimately open the body and relax the mind. This class is recommended for students that have practiced Yoga before and want to begin to increase their strength and stamina with longer holds as well as deepen the practice of each pose.
